    Cash Fees:

    LPC $115 for a 50-55 minute session. 

    LPC-Associate $75 for a 50-55 minute session.

    Please check with your counselor regarding insurance eligibility. Most major insurances are accepted (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Oxford, United, and Oscar)

    Some additional insurance companies will allow reimbursements for certain cases. An invoice containing all of the information often required by insurance companies so that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement can be provided in some cases.

    *Please note that we cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you for services as this is fully dependent upon the unique circumstances of your personal insurance plan. Please consult your insurance carrier for further details on procedures for submitting reimbursement requests for your plan.

    I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?


    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on our site via Simple Practice.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
